Drawing from decades of experience across advocacy, political campaigns, and executive leadership, he offers a no-nonsense approach to overcoming the sector’s toxic “poverty mindset.” Kosofsky lays out practical steps nonprofit leaders can take to negotiate fair compensation, demand severance protections, and rebalance the power dynamics between boards and executives.
